These terms apply when you buy or use a digital crochet pattern from Craftivora Patterns at craftivorapatterns.com.

1. What you are buying

Every listing on this site is a digital crochet pattern — a PDF (and, where noted on the listing, a ZIP bundle of several PDFs) with written, row-by-row instructions. No physical, finished, or handmade item is included or shipped with any order. What you receive is the instructions to make the item yourself, using your own yarn, hook and materials.

2. Delivery

After a successful payment, your files are available for download from your account and a link is emailed to the address you provided at checkout. Download links are time-limited and capped at a limited number of uses, as shown at checkout; if you need a link re-issued, contact support.

3. License and usage rights

Buying a pattern gives you a personal-use license to follow the instructions and make items for yourself or as gifts. You may sell a reasonable number of finished, handmade items made from the pattern. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish the pattern file itself — in whole or in part, modified or not, free or paid — and you may not claim the written pattern as your own design.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in USD at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; Craftivora Patterns does not receive or store your full card details. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully captured.

5. Skill level and results

Where a skill level is shown on a product page, it reflects our own assessment of the pattern's complexity, not a guarantee of how your finished project will turn out. Results depend on your yarn, hook size, gauge and experience.

6. Refunds

Because these are instant digital downloads, refund eligibility is limited — see our Refund Policy for the specific cases where a refund or replacement applies.

7. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Guest checkout is available and does not require an account, but an account lets you re-download your files and view order history.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the shop changes. The date above shows the current version.
